3. Booking and Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. Upon confirmation, a detailed schedule will be provided. We strive to adhere to the agreed schedule, but timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.1 Changes to Bookings

Customers may request changes to their bookings up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made within this window are subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payments

Payment is required upon completion of the service, with options including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Customer Obligations

7. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible service, the Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing carpet damages unrelated to our services.
  • Damage caused by improper handling of electronic devices or fragile items left in the service area.
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, we will work to rectify the issue at no additional cost, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
